Application opportunity

From a repetitive task to a robot skill

Kit preparation is an example of a task that can be explored. Feasibility depends on materials, variations, environment and the chosen platform.

Describe the outcome

Which parts belong in the kit, how they arrive, where they are placed and how completeness is checked. Recording orientation, sizes, tolerances, missing parts and changes prevents an overly generic task definition.

Prepare learning

Identify authorised demonstrations and data, the variations the trial must cover and permitted human assistance. Programming, teleoperation and training are selected for the platform; simulation may help prepare physical evaluation.

Measure before transfer

Observe completed kits, errors, cycle time, interventions, repeatability and safety conditions. Results support decisions on adjustments and whether a controlled pilot makes sense. This example does not represent a TCD deployment or measured result.
